She is currently engaged in a 2-year Peri and Postnatal Study Group with Janet Evergreen, MA, and Tonya Ridings, LCSW, where she is training to become a certified practitioner in helping children and adults somatically express and repair developmental traumas. Additionally, Alex is advancing her expertise through training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.
